Girls’ Generation’s Yuri Reveals the Drink That Keeps Her Skin Looking Gorgeous

 

On July 28′s episode of “Channel Girls’ Generation,” Yuri shares one of her own beauty secrets with viewers. It’s none other than a simple drink that she says can help you get glowing and blemish-free skin within five days: lemon juice and carbonated water!
On the show, she shows how to make it by juicing a lemon and then adding it to some carbonated water.

She also tells viewers not to brush their teeth right after drinking it, because of the acidity of the lemon juice. Instead, she says to wait half an hour before you brush your teeth.
Yuri explains that she’s been drinking it every day for over a year. The taste isn’t for everyone though, as Tiffany says she can’t stand how sour it is!

SHINee's Key and BoA recall the strict diets during their trainee days

 On a recent episode of JTBC's 'Take Care of My Refrigerator,' BoA and SHINee's Key basked in the memories of their foregone trainee days.

Both singers lightheartedly expressed discontent over their past stringent diet restrictions which prohibited the two from eating any food that they so desired.

When MC Kim Sung Joo asked Key whether there were any instances during his trainee days that made him dejected because he wasn't allowed to eat certain foods, the Key answered, "My body is actually not naturally slim. I'm the type to immediately gain weight. So the company allowed members who are naturally slim like Taemin and Jonghyun to eat whatever they want. While they would order things like Chicken  Katsu and Tonkatsu, Onew and I ate things like fish cakes and dwenjang jiigae [soybean stew]. I really really wanted to eat that Chicken Katsu and Tonkatsu."

BoA related all too well to Key's story and told everyone on the show about a past company outing for trainees where only she wasn't allowed to eat. She told the MC panel, "All the trainees were taken out to a restaurant to be treated one time and while all the other trainees like Jang Na Ra and Fly to the Sky were ordering stuff like rib eye and fried rice, I was told 'Don't eat.' At a young age, I was hurt by such a comment."

Fortunately, the singer's sad story had a happy ending as she told everyone, "After debut, when I was making a lot of money with 'No. 1,' I went back to the restaurant and ate four plates of food all by myself," making the studio ring with laughter at her cute rebellious act.

Key talks about diets + keeps a girl's headband in his fridge?

SHINee's Key appeared on JTBC's 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator' on July 27 to talk about the diets he had tried out so far.

Before the contents of his refrigerator were revealed, Key stated, "Since I was a trainee, there was no diet I haven't tried.  Unlike the other members of SHINee, I'm the type that needs to always attend to my body."

His refrigerator then revealed a bunch of low-calorie foods, and Key continued, "For my diet, it's been half a year now since I've eaten carbohydrates," raising interest.

BoA replied, "I can't live like that," while the MCs and chef stated, "It seems like you're the idol who does the best job of maintaining yourself."  Key stated, "I want to eat as much as I want for one day."

Another surprising thing that was revealed with the opening of his refrigerator, however, was a girl's headband!  He had been asked if this was the dorm's fridge, but he had stated it was his personal one from his own home.

The MCs took out a flower headband and asked, "What is this?  Isn't this a girl's headband?"  Key simply explained, "Somebody gave me flowers as a gift, so I put them in the fridge."

Shin Se Kyung Reveals Fitness Tips With Cosmopolitan

Photos of the innocent yet glamorous Shin Se Kyung have been released from her photo shoot and interview with Cosmopolitan magazine.
In the pictorial the actress shows off five different makeup looks and hairstyles. The revealed pictures flaunt her natural and chic side as well as a more sultry look.

During the interview the actress answers questions about how she maintains her figure and says, “As for me, I just walk and run without thinking. I started consistently doing aerobic exercises last year, so now if I skip a day I don’t feel refreshed.”

Having received a lead role in the upcoming drama “Six Flying Dragons,” she comments, “Since the project will be long and the time period will be different, I need to take care of my body in order to act properly. I think I need to make sure my condition stays good. So I am doing muscle strengthening exercises in order to build stamina.”

"Into my late teens, my agency thought I was too overweight so they made me eat salads for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or blended drinks. I lost a lot of weight that way but then they said I lost too much weight. Because of that negative experience, I don't eat vegetables much anymore."

Girls’ Generation‘s Yuri revealed why she thinks her bandmate Tiffany doesn’t gain weight.
On the July 14 broadcast of SBS Power FM‘s “Cultwo Show,” Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Yuri appeared as guests.
During the broadcast, Tiffany shares, “I take care to eat health foods. I like eating for health.”
At this, the DJs Cultwo ask, “Do you not gain weight compared to how much you eat?” and she answers, “I do eat a lot, but I think compared to how much I eat, I don’t gain as much weight.”
Yuri chimes in, offering her reasons for why Tiffany doesn’t gain weight, “Tiffany talks a lot, moves around a lot, and her voice is really loud,” inciting laughter.

Girls’ Generation Shares They Maintain Figure Through Exercise, Not Portion Control

Girls’ Generation revealed how they maintain their perfect figures.
On July 13, Girls’ Generation’s Yoona, Sooyoung, Hyoyeon, and Seohyun appeared on KBS Cool FM‘s “Super Junior’s Kiss the Radio” as guests.



Ryeowook, the DJ, got a question from a listener and said to Girls’ Generation, “I’d like to know how to maintain a good figure.” To this, Seohyun jokes, “Don’t eat!” but then explains, “You have to exercise. Eat, and exercise.”
All of the girls agree with her, saying, “It’s hard for us to eat small portions.”
Meanwhile, Girls’ Generation revealed their single “PARTY” on July 7 through different music sites and are now actively promoting the song on different music programs.

2AM’s Jinwoon Reveals SISTAR Dasom’s Weight on “Law of the Jungle”

The upcoming episode of SBS’s “Law of the Jungle” shows 2AM’s Jinwoon holding up SISTAR’s Dasom on his shoulders.
After Dasom expresses her desire to pick some fruits from a tree, Jinwoon offers his shoulders and says, “Since it’s dangerous you should sit on my shoulders.” After feeling a bit embarrassed Dasom decides to take him up on his offer.

Feeling the strain, Jinwoon comments, “Dasom weighs 52 kilograms.” Surprised by his frank comment, the SISTAR member replies, “No~ I weigh 49 kilograms.” This makes Ryu Dam say, “When women say they weigh 49 kilograms, it means they weigh over 50 kilograms.”

When Ryu Dam asks the 2AM member about Dasom’s weight again Jinwoon answers, “Dasom is light. I think she weighs 46 kilograms.” It appears as though their love line is saved by his new statement and the atmosphere remains lively and cheerful.
